To order a replacement lock – please identify whether it is for a B, E, F, G, H, 9, or 25 series mailbox key and select the correct option before adding it to the basket. Please read the delivery notes below. For B and O series locks please see notes below.
Description
IMPORTANT: If you require an O series or B series lock or key (i.e. your key number begins with O or B), these have now been discontinued. To replace an O series lock you will need to order a 25 series lock with two keys, in its replacement. To replace a B series lock you will need to order a 9 series lock with two keys, in its replacement.
This replacement security lock comes with two coded keys for use with your mailbox. The two keys supplied with the lock are coded specifically for use with each lock – the codes shown in the product photograph are for illustration purposes only.
To order a replacement lock – please identify whether it is for a E, F, G, H, 9, or 25 series mailbox key and select the correct option before adding it to the basket.
How to find your key number:
Your key number will either start with B, E, F, G, H, 9, or 25 followed by 2 to 4 digits. To find this, lift the flap on your mailbox and look for the key number label inside:
Alternatively, if you currently still have a key then the key number is printed on the face of it.
Delivery address:
Please let us know if you would like your key or lock to be delivered to the concierge or reception, if you cannot enter your mailbox. To do this, add a message in the Order Notes box on the checkout page.
Locks will be dispatched within 3-5 working days and please note that E,F,G & H locks will be delivered by courier and not Royal Mail.
