Launching 2020 with a positive impact!
On the 2nd January 2020, we launched our 2020 strategy with the whole team at our surprise location of the Boathouse 4 in The Historic Dockyard.
The directors launched their 2020 strategy which followed with team workshops to implement the strategy within the teams. We worked through the 4DX principle and how we could implement this on a personal and departmental level.
In the afternoon, the team were split into 4 groups for a treasure hunt around the Dockyard with some clues proving more tricky than others. The final surprise of the day was a chartered boat tour around the harbour which was a great end to what had been a great day.
