THE PROJECT
Unite Students required mailboxes and cycle parking to suit a premium refurbishment for a city centre student accommodation site.
High volume and high expectations demanded high quality products for this beautifully renovated church in the heart of Sheffield.
Home to nearly 600 residents, this student accommodation required a mailbox for each resident which was easily identifiable and cycle parking which was easy to use and space efficient.
THE SOLUTION
Working with the contractor Bowmer and Kirkland, our experienced Streetsure team knew the exact products to specify for Unite Students requirements. The ‘08-202’ mailbox solution suited the bespoke needs of the ‘Unite Student’ design - standard key entry, individual name plates and free standing legs powder coated in a variety of RAL colours to keep the Unite branding consistent across multiple sites.
The ‘Verti-Apex FS’ cycle parking solution was space planned free of charge. Once signed off, the units were then delivered and installed within an agreed time frame and budget, leading to a very satisfied customer.
