Order a replacement lock

To order replacement locks, please identify whether it is for an E, F, G, or H-series postbox and select the correct option before adding to your basket. Shipping is £5.95 complete with tracking service
If you do not have access to your postbox, we recommend sending the key to your work address or a friend or family address. Otherwise, please add a note to your online order asking for the key to be delivered to your building concierge for delivery by hand.
All replacement security locks come with two coded keys for use with your postbox.
The two keys supplied with the lock are coded specifically for use with each lock – any codes shown in product photographs are for illustration purposes only. Products are normally despatched within 2-5 working days.
