The DoubleDek Hoop (Gas Assisted) combines the functionality of standard Citihoop stands on the bottom tier with a top-tier slide-out gas assisted rack for easy bike storage and efficient use of space. The gas-assist feature improves the ease of use when lowering and raising the top-tier rack.
