Bespoke, aluminium cycle shelters & a vehicle wash shelter designed and installed for industrial units.
We worked closely with our client to put forward an alternative proposal to the architect’s original design. Having covered the basic requirements that these bike shelters must meet, including the number of cycle spaces, the aluminium fascia with the perforated holes, and the RAL colours, our design team put together concept drawings which incorporated these spec requirements. Our CAD team also put together a design led Vehicle Wash Station that was required for one of the industrial units, and after multiple revisions, we produced a 2-bay car wash station, specific to the clients needs. We then submitted the initial designs for approval by the client.
Project background
The project at Access 18 Avonmouth (Unit 28, 27–30 Avonmouth Way) is part of a major logistics and industrial development by St. Modwen Logistics, providing modern, flexible warehouse space for distribution occupiers within a wider scheme of over 1 million sq ft; the site is designed as a high-quality business park with landscaping, staff amenities, and strong transport links to support logistics operations.
The result
Our install team completed the final step of the process, delivering high quality products that were designed and manufactured exactly to the clients requirements whilst remaining within budget.
