We were asked to deliver high-end cycle storage and end-of-trip facilities for the prestigious Holborn Viaduct development by Multiplex for Royal London Asset Management.
Project background
Holborn Viaduct is a flagship commercial redevelopment in the heart of the City of London, delivering around 400,000 sq ft of premium office space. Targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum standards, the scheme places wellbeing, mobility and aesthetics at its core. A state-of-the-art Wellness Wing provides modern end-of-journey facilities designed to support active commuting and enhance the occupier experience.
